Barbara Francett I inquired about when Frozen Stars, a scent originally offered in the winter and currently not listed on the site, might be available again. (I had bought a sample and loved it, but missed the notification for winter scents coming down.)The response was maybe next winter, so I thought OK, I just have to wait and keep my fingers crossed. Then Jason recontacted me and offered to see if just enough might remain for another purchase. Turns out there was, and now it's mine! I can't praise Arcana enough for going the extra mile to make one customer very, very happy. (Sorry this is so long.)
