Shipping: We're currently offering FREE SHIPPING for perfume-only orders over $50 via USPS First Class. 

USPS Priority Mail is our other option for trackable packages and slightly faster shipping.

TAT: Our order processing time (turnaround time) is up to 10 business days, although we ship more quickly than that whenever possible. TAT does not include weekends and holidays. TAT starts on the next business day after you place your order and does not include transit time.

International shipping: We no longer offer overseas shipping but international customers can find a selection of our wares at US-based Moonlight Decants and Australia-based Femme Fatale.

Safety: Please do not use Arcana products on children or pets. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before applying any Arcana scents. If irritation or discomfort occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

Returns: Unfortunately, no returns can be accepted.
