Shipping: We're currently offering FREE SHIPPING for perfume-only domestic orders over $50 via USPS First Class. 

USPS Priority Mail is our other option for trackable packages and slightly faster shipping.

TAT: Our turnaround time (order processing time) is up to 10 business days, although we prefer to ship more quickly than that when possible. TAT does not include weekends and holidays. TAT starts on the next business day after you place your order and does not include transit time.

International shipping: We will stop offering international shipping at the end of January 2025. International customers can find our wares at Femme Fatale.

Safety: Please do not use Arcana products on children or pets. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before applying any Arcana scents. If irritation or discomfort occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

Returns: Unfortunately, no returns can be accepted.
