Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our turnaround time is 10 business days or less. Turnaround time starts the next business day after you order and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that turnaround time doesn't include transit time.

Q: Do you accept returns or offer exchanges?

A: No. These are personal care items, therefore we are unable to accept any returns or do any exchanges.

Q: Is Arcana 100% cruelty-free?

A: YES. We have been a cruelty-free company for 21 years and we will always be cruelty-free. 

Q: Does this mean that Sugar Spider is cruelty-free too?

A: YES. Every brand we own is 100% cruelty-free, always has been, and always will be.

Q: I saw a scent on the site a few years ago which is no longer there. Why?

A: Arcana Wildcraft deals in limited edition indie perfume oils. Since 2003, we have been offering an ever-changing roster of limited edition and seasonal scents. If you see something that sounds wonderful, please keep in mind that it may or may not be there in the future. If you prefer a more predictable experience, we suggest the Arcana Classics collection, which is a (relatively) permanent collection featuring some of our most popular scents of all time.
