Q: When will my order ship?
A: Our turnaround time is 10 business days or less. Turnaround time starts the next business day after you order and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that turnaround time doesn't include transit time.
Q: How do I reach you?
A: Our preference is email and the address is hello@arcanawildcraft.com.
Q: How do limited edition collections work?
A: They stay available for a minimum of 4 months. Perfumes may temporarily go out of stock in those months but will almost always be restocked. LE collections may or may not return in future years. Typically, popular collections return at least once (in some form) and not-so-popular collections don't.
Q: Do you accept returns or offer exchanges?
A: No. These are personal care items, therefore we are unable to accept any returns or do any exchanges.
Q: Is Arcana 100% cruelty-free?
A: YES. We have been a cruelty-free company for 22 years and we will always be cruelty-free.
Q: Does this mean that Sugar Spider is cruelty-free too?
A: YES. Every brand we own is 100% cruelty-free, always has been, and always will be.
Q: Is Arcana 100% vegan?
A: NO. Many of our perfumes are vegan but we also have vegetarian scents. This is also true for Sugar Spider. All vegan and vegetarian designations are noted in their individual listings.
Q: I saw a scent on the site some years ago which is no longer there. Why is it gone?
A: Arcana Wildcraft offers a mix of permanent and limited edition perfumes. If you see something you want in a limited edition collection, please keep in mind that it may or may not be there in the future. If you prefer a more predictable experience, we suggest the Arcana Classics collection, which is a relatively permanent collection featuring some of our most popular scents of all time.
Q: Can you recreate an Arcana perfume from 20 years ago for me?
A: Unfortunately, no. We don't have the time to recreate our old perfumes on an individual basis.
