Rán: (Returning) The merciless goddess of the sea and the drowned dead. Underground caves filled with incense, tendrils of briny seaweed, slivers of amber emerging from salt-soaked earth, ocean-crashed rock, and damp blonde woods.

An incensey aquatic. Limited edition.

Parfums are offered in 5 ml amber glass apothecary bottles and 1.25 ml amber glass sample vials. EDPs are offered in 10 ml and 30 ml glass spray bottles. 

Indie, handmade, vegan, cruelty free.

I was so excited for Ran because I love Arcana's aquatics. Sadly, on me all I could smell was the dusty note of the underground cave and ocean rocks and got none of the seaweed or incense

Great hot weather scent

In the bottle, it smells like water and soil; once it goes on this continues for a while, but then there is an incense smell that develops--it seems to share this component (at least to my nose) with Hel and Skadi. Each of these has this beautiful spicy incense smell that lingers after the top notes die down. I did find this one to lack some of the longevity of other scents, but I still really enjoyed it, and am thinking about purchasing a larger bottle.
