Queen Mab:
She is the fairies’ midwife, and she comes
In shape no bigger than an agate stone
On the forefinger of an alderman,
Drawn with a team of little atomi
Over men’s noses as they lie asleep.
--William Shakespeare
The mysterious queen of the fae realm is whimsical, provocative, and full of dark powers. Intoxicating orange blossoms with marshmallow pillows, narcotic petitgrain, creamy coconut milk, hand-extracted bitter orange, Tahitian vanilla, and feathery ylang ylang petals.
A creamy floral with plenty of coconut and a bit of citrus.
Perfumer's Note: We recommend testing the Queen on your skin. Bottle sniffs don't tell you much with any scent, but especially this one.
Parfums are offered in 5 ml amber glass apothecary bottles and 1.25 ml amber glass sample vials. EDPs are offered in 10 ml and 30 ml glass spray bottles.
Vegan, cruelty free, handmade in small batches.
Safety Note: All of our perfumes are free of phthalates, parabens, sulfates, endocrine disruptors, preservatives, silicones, and AI.

This is a gorgeous citrus floral. I mostly get the bitter orange and orange blossom, with some other floral notes underneath. I think this will really shine in the spring and summer.
I think it’s pretty, kind of unique, and well crafted, but something about it just isn’t quite what I thought it would be. First of all, the petitgrain and bitter orange are justnot as balanced as the other notes, so that’s mostly what I get. It’s a good floral, just not as grounded as I personally prefer.
One of the things I miss about living in a warm climate is the smell of orange tree blossoms. Arcana is incredible at creating realistic fragrances and Queen Mab is no exception. I wasn't sure if I liked it at first because all I could smell on my skin was bitter orange. After some time and going outside in the wind, I realized just how beautiful and sweet it had become. Temptation is another great orange blossom perfume of theirs.
The most beautiful and addictive orange blossom fragrance I've ever tried. There's something deeply nostalgic about it for me and I'm just so grateful its part of the permanent collection!
I would say that this was a subdued scent that would please those looking for a smooth, non-indolic floral fragrance that has some lightly honeyed undertones. This didn't work too well with my skin chemistry.
